The guides on this site are general information about leaks under floors. They are not advice about your particular property. Every building and system is different; do not open floors, alter heating systems or work on electrics on the strength of a web page. If in doubt, call.

Booking the service
When you book a survey, the contract is with ADI Leak Solutions Ltd. ADI Leak Detection’s terms and conditions of service apply, including payment, cancellations, access, making good and any no find, no fee terms work. The office will send you those terms, or tell you where to read them, before the booking is confirmed. Please read them before you agree.
Nothing on this website affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
