When you call, you reach ADI Leak Detection’s office team, and the survey is carried out by an ADI engineer. ADI Leak Detection is a trading name of ADI Leak Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15870765).

The company was started in 2011 and now has 25+ leak detection engineers working across England, Scotland and Wales. The engineers are plumbers as well as leak investigators, which is why a leak can often be repaired on the same visit.

Leaks under floors are some of the hardest to find and the most expensive to guess at. Pipes buried in screed, laid in rings under underfloor heating or running through a void under floorboards all behave differently, and each can mislead the instruments in its own way.

We wanted one place that explains those differences properly, shows real jobs with the engineers’ own photos, and makes it easy to talk to someone about your floor.
